Organizations that rate and assess the “openness” of cities and provide assessment methodologies.

  • U.S. Open Data Census A project of the Open Knowledge Foundation, this site contains censuses of the openness of over 75 U.S. cities.
  • Cleveland Open Data Census The results of OpenCleveland’s census of open datasets using the Open Data Census’s template.
