Jill Miller Zimon

@JillMillerZimon has spent over 35 years immersed in advocacy, civic engagement and good government. She is intimately familiar with municipal government, having served on a city council where she chaired a comms and tech committee, and oversaw the overhaul of the city’s online presence. Her open, interactive use of technology earned her a 2011 Campaign Innovator Award. At the Civic Commons, she helped develop the EfficientGovNetwork and civic engagement practices for local organizations. Jill has a joint degree in law and social work from Case Western Reserve University and a double degree in government and sociology from Georgetown University.
@BethSebian Beth Sebian has over 10 years experience in open data, open government, public policy, and electoral politics, and has been an advocate for open data in Northeast Ohio since organizing the Transparency Action Plan Summit in 2011. She received the Sunlight Foundation’s 2012 Open Government Champion Award for her work to increase openness and transparency in Cuyahoga County government. Beth holds a Masters in Theological Studies from Harvard Divinity School and a B.A. in Politics and Religion from Oberlin College.
